SUSTAINABILITY

All of our Excavators run on HVO fuel rather than Red Diesel.

 

We have the latest Hybrid MEWP’s which we can boast are the greenest on the infrastructure giving you up to 8hrs of working time using battery power and the main engine operating on HVO fuel and using biodegradable hydraulic fluid.  This is a fantastic step forward not only for our Co2 emissions but also noise.

 

We are working with Speedy Hire at the moment to replace the hired in generators and small lighting to that of the battery powered (Milwaukee) range, which will have a positive impact on noise and carbon emissions.

 

The PRSL management team are currently engaged with a series of training programmes on Sustainability via the Supply Chain Sustainability School.

 

We are presently renewing our vehicle fleet to reduce our Co2 emissions.
